ZERO-CARB | BREAD LOAF

Ingredients:

6-8 egg whites corn and soy free

1/2 cup grass-fed butter 

1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite cheese and feel free to mix cheeses. Suggestions: cottage cheese, mozzarella, gouda see below notes

Optional: 

1 teaspoon baking Powder 

1/4-1 cup of Beef Flour or Chicken Flour

1/4-1 cup Protein Powder

Directions:

First, continue whipping the egg whites until the mixture becomes dense; at this point, continue whipping for another 30 seconds.

Mix all other ingredients with egg whites one at a time and pour into a 9” baking loaf pan lined with Unbleached Parchment Paper.

Cook in oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until nice and brown on top.

Keep in fridge.

Then cut slices and heat up in a frying pan with grass-fed butter until crisp.

Notes:
