Beef Flour Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup each of grass-fed butter and beef tallow
1/4 cup 100% farmented * dark chocolate nibs
1 cup pure maple or date syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure ground or vanilla extract
2 large corn & soy-free eggs
1/3 cup each of cacao powder and unflavored whey protein concentrate powder.
1/2 cup Carnivore Crisp Beef Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: teaspoon of Unflavored grass-fed colostrum
Preheat your oven to 350°. Line a small 9×9 baking dish with Unbleached Parchment Paper. Melt the butter and tallow in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the chocolate nibs and maple syrup until the chocolate is smooth and everything is combined. Use a hand mixer. Add the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each. Gently stir in the cacao powder, protein powder, beef flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour into your prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Put in the refrigerator. Cut and enjoy!
*Please note that Dark Chocolate is high in oxalates, so it's not recommended have to often. That's why we recommend using Fermented chocolate.
